• Are there any hidden fees?
No! We do not charge you anything above or beyong our stated fees for any reason.

• How many dog-park sessions per day do you provide?
We currently provide three one-hour sessions at the dog park at 10:30AM, 1PM, and 4:30PM, respectively. All times are +/- 30 minutes to allow for contingencies.

• Do you pick up and drop off dogs?
Yes. Pickups and dropoffs are key to the convenience of our service.

• Do you have keys for your clients' residences?
Yes. It is important that we are able to pick up and drop off your dog on schedule. We want to ensure that you have the convenience of not having to be home whenever we do so.

• How much time will my dog spend in the park?
In good weather, your dog will spend a minimum of one full hour at the park per session. However, you may choose more than one session.

• What do you do in the case of bad weather?
A dog's gotta do what a dog's gotta do, and most dogs will play, regardless of the weather. However, we can cancel sessions if your dog does not enjoy being outside in heavy rain or snow. Even in the worst weather scenario, the session will be a minimum of half an hour. We ask that you leave towels by the door so that we can dry off your dog when we drop him or her off.
